Friendly efficient staff, delightful views of the garden, everything is really good. The room is a nice size and well-equipped with a nice decor. The breakfast is freshly cooked with a good choice of dishes.

Very pretty and relaxing room, with the hot tub in the balcony and spa bath, as for instance, great value compared to other options. Lovely staff at the reception desk and stunning location! Located off the main road with gift stores and a supermarket.

Best possible and convenient location within a close distance from Patong Boxing Stadium. A wide range of food at the vegetarian breakfast.

The restaurant was excellent and the rooms were very spacious. The gardens and the staff were A1. Would highly recommend to anyone. I personally found Patong very different to my expectations but the resort made it worthwhile.

There wasnt anything i disliked at all. Service was excellent and facilities were also excellent.

The staff, food, location and setting are all excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay - our third.

Nothing that we did not like however we feel that the rooms are a little dated and would benefit from re-furbishment. Also the jacuzzis to the delux jacuzzi rooms need updating.

When we had rip to Phuket,it rained every day for us. So all we could do was shop and take in some beauty treatments. The Hotel breakfast was excelleant. Loved the pancake lady outside the Hotel, it was good to have a late night snack and she was very pleasant.for .We appreciated the late check out. As I work for Qantas I get asked by everyone what the Hotel was like, so I can tell them positve comments.Maybe the hotel could take into account that JetStar leaves quite late at night and late checkouts could be an advantage..We had to leave the Hotel at 1500 for a 2100 flight.Thankyou

The bed was quite hard, and because of the rain we were indoors a little and no DVD player?

Room are comfortable, large and clean. Location is good nearby beach, food stall and also shoppinh area. Just walk around 10 to 15min will find fun area bangla road.

Centrally located, close to shopping, food, nightlife, few mins walk to beach. Nice clean property, Friendly staff. excellent Spa onsite with good range of treatments. Stayed in deluxe room in spa wing with own jaquzzi these had more facilites, garden rooms less features but still fine for the price. Would definalty recommendand stay there again

It was in a great location - close to everything but far enough away to not hear too much of the night life happening along the beach.

The staff weren't very friendly and didnt speak very good English.

The Swimming pool was clean and good and food was also OK.

Room not upto what I had expected, only a OK for me.

The garden pool was a perfect escape, quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed a fine Jacuzzi room that was lovely and clean. Don't miss out on the happy hour at the swim-up bar-the Mango Daiquiri is awesome!
